July 19, 2024 – A. Mendes Inmigración Servicios and Tice Law Firm, P.C. announced today that their respective firms have approved a merger, creating a super-regional firm with presences in the Southwest and Midwest. Operating under a new name, Tice+Mendes Law, PLLC promotes complementary legal services and geographic strengths, effective August 1, 2024.

As a merger of equals, the combination of two strong, growth-focused, complementary firms will result in a new top-rated firm initially consisting of 5 attorneys and approximately 15 client focused support staff, across multiple offices in six states.

Tice+Mendes Law builds strength-on-strength in the complementary and crossover areas of immigration, bankruptcy, personal injury, and criminal law, as well as an emerging practice group that provides highly sought after help with consumer debt negotiation and student loan relief. Tice+Mendes Law currently has offices in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Texas, and serves clients in the Phoenix, Mesa, Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Omaha, Denver, Albuquerque, El Paso, San Antonio, and Austin sub-markets.  The firm expects to broaden its footprint in the Dallas, Houston, and Chicago markets during 2025.

Management of the combined firm will be divided between attorneys and principals from each legacy firm.
